Shannon Drews

Shannon Drews, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MacKay Manufacturing since May 2021, Shannon previously held the position of HR Director at Trans-System from July 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, Shannon was the Director of Human Resources and Project Manager at Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists from September 2016 to July 2019. Shannon's career began at Next IT, where a progression from Executive Assistant to Director of Human Resources took place between February 2005 and September 2016. Shannon holds educational credentials from Watterson College, completed in 1989.
