Matthew Wilson is an experienced professional with a strong background in property and engineering. As the Founder and Director of IOU Property since May 2019, Matthew has established a reputable property buyers agency focused on client advocacy and authentic service. Concurrently, as a Senior Reliability Specialist at Mackay Sugar since September 2018, Matthew oversees a comprehensive condition monitoring program that includes vibration analysis and thermography across multiple sites. Prior experience at Bureau Veritas Australia & New Zealand from January 2011 to September 2018 involved specialized non-destructive testing and vibration analysis of industrial equipment. Matthew holds a Diploma in Engineering - Technical from TAFE NSW and a Higher School Certificate from Saint Francis Xavier College in Newcastle.
