Barb McCullough enjoys working with people, which explains why she splits her time between managing the accounting department and being the main contact in the human resources department. At one point in her career she switched from accounting to being a medical assistant because she wanted to work more with people. She is a natural problem solver and enjoys helping people get the most out of their jobs—from ensuring staff have everything they need to do their jobs effectively to assisting people to grow their careers. Barb is part of the Mackenzie's Community Outreach (C.O.R.E) Committee, where she assists in connecting staff with volunteer and fund-raising opportunities.
