Christopher Adey has extensive experience in the investment management industry.
Christopher began their career in 1991 at Cambridge Associates, where they worked as a Senior Research Associate & Manager until 1998.
From 1998 to 2000, Adey served as an Investment Product Manager at MFS Investment Management.
Christopher then joined Baring Asset Management in 2000 as a Vice President, Sales & Consultant Relations, a role they held until 2006.
Following this, Adey joined GE Asset Management as the Director of Consultant Relations from 2006 to 2010. Christopher was later promoted to Global Consultant Relations Leader, managing a team and overseeing operations in the US and London until 2012.
In 2012, Adey transitioned to AGF Investments, where they held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Consultant Relations, Co-Head of Global Institutional Distribution, and Head of US Institutional Sales & Consultant Relations. During their tenure at AGF, Adey played a key role in driving new business and managing relationships with institutional clients.
Starting from July 2023, Adey currently holds the position of Head of U.S. Distribution at Mackenzie Investments.
Christopher Adey attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1985 to 1990. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Writing & Communications in the field of English.
