Harry Bales

Harry Bales has a diverse work experience in the field of youth support and child protection. Harry started their career in 2016 as a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker at MacKillop Family Services, where they provided day-to-day care and support to resident children and young people. In this role, they also liaised with community services to achieve positive outcomes for at-risk young people.

In 2017, Harry worked as a Child Protection Practitioner at the Department of Health & Human Services in Victoria. In this role, they conducted risk assessments on young people in need of protection and collaborated with families and other professionals to develop and implement effective plans for children.

From 2018 to 2019, Harry served as a Therapeutic Youth Worker - Respite at Lighthouse Foundation, Australia.
