Melissa Broich

Melissa Broich is an experienced professional with a background in digital services and library management. Currently serving as a Digital Services Project Manager at Mackin Educational Resources since June 2013, Melissa collaborates with educational districts and consortia to establish and oversee shared digital collections for schools. Previously, Melissa held the position of Digital Services Specialist, where responsibilities included assisting customers with digital resource collection management and troubleshooting technical issues. Prior experience includes serving as a Library Paraprofessional at DaVinci Academy of Arts and Science, managing library operations and aiding students in accessing resources, and as a Credentialing Specialist at Virtual Radiologic, where responsibilities included verifying radiologists' credentials and maintaining accurate records.
