Todd Cruny

Todd Cruny is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Branch Manager for the West Virginia office of Mackin Engineering Company since September 2021, Todd is instrumental in expanding the company's services in the region. Previously, Todd held roles at HDR, including Acting Highway/Traffic Section Manager and Senior Highway Engineer/Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing significant projects in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Todd's earlier experience includes positions at Michael Baker International focused on design management for major infrastructure projects, as well as earlier roles as a project engineer with HDR and co-op engineer with the West Virginia Department of Transportation. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
