Wendy Pratt

Wendy Pratt has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2001 as a General Manager of Corporate Administration at TG Minto Corporation. Wendy later became the Director of Human Resources at the House of Friendship of Kitchener in 2004. In 2014, they joined Wallenstein Feed & Supply Ltd. as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2021. Most recently, they became the Director of Human Resources at MacLean Engineering in 2021.

Wendy Pratt holds an Honors B.A. degree from the University of Guelph, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Marketing. Wendy has also obtained a Certificate in Conflict Management from Conrad Grebel University College in 2020. Additionally, Wendy is pursuing the Certified Human Resources Leader certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. However, the year of obtaining this certification is not specified.
