Phillip Chamberlain

Phillip Chamberlain is an experienced maritime industry professional currently serving as the Head of Business Unit - NEOM at MACNA since January 2024. Previously, Phillip held the position of Delivery Programme Manager at Babcock Australia & New Zealand, contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership Team focused on asset management and sustainment services. Phillip's extensive background includes roles such as General Manager & Regional Director for P&O Maritime Logistics, CEO of Otto Marine Chartering Pte Ltd, COO for Thome Group, and Chief Operating Officer at Hallin Marine. A former project engineer at Tenix Defence Pty Ltd, Phillip's career began in the Royal New Zealand Navy, where responsibilities included prominent leadership roles within marine engineering. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Auckland and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland.
