Duff Janus

Duff Janus currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at MacNaughton since September 2022. Prior to this, Janus held the position of Senior Director of Development at Alexander & Baldwin from December 2021 to September 2022 and was Director of Planning & Development at Kamehameha Schools from September 2019 to December 2021. Janus has also served as Director of Investments at Alexander & Baldwin from 2018 to September 2019 and as a Partner at Form Partners LLC from August 2009 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes working as Development Manager at US Pacific Development from November 2004 to July 2009. Janus holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management (2012-2013) and a BS in Finance from Boston College (1998-2002), with additional education at The London School of Economics (2000-2001).
