Michael Balsamo

Michael Balsamo is currently the dean of Business, IT & Culinary at Macomb Community College. Prior to this, they were employed at Macomb Community College.

Michael Balsamo's educational career includes a Doctoral degree in Teaching and Learning from Walden University, a Masters in Management from Walsh College, a Bachelors in Management with a Minor in Finance from Oakland University, and an Associate degree in Construction Technology from Macomb Community College.

They work with Sue Boyd - Dean, Student Success, Narine Mirijanian - Dean, Health & Public Services, and Marie Pritchett - Dean, Arts & Sciences. Michael Balsamo reports to Donald Ritzenhein, Provost & VP, Learning Unit.
