Himanshu Maheshwari

Himanshu Maheshwari, CFA, currently serves as Associate Director at Macquarie Group, heading the Data Strategy, Data Governance, and transformation initiatives within the Finance Management Group in India since August 2018. Key achievements include leading data-driven regulatory projects and establishing a comprehensive data governance framework across finance functions. Previously, Himanshu held the position of Vice President at Barclays, where responsibilities included leading risk and analytics data initiatives and managing global projects. At Credit Suisse, Himanshu was the EMEA Lead for a Risk Management System in the Equity Derivatives sector. Early career roles included managerial and consultancy positions at Irevna and Headstrong. Himanshu's educational background includes an Executive MBA from London Business School, a CFA designation, and a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
