Tony Pandher

Tony Pandher has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Tony started their career in 1993, working in their family business, where they managed staff and various business portfolios. In 2000, they joined Equant (Orange Business Services) as a NOC engineer and quickly progressed to become a NOC team leader/floor supervisor, overseeing a team of technical specialists. Tony then moved on to Vanco in 2004, managing their Network Management Centre in the UK. In 2008, Tony joined Reliance Globalcom (formerly Vanco) as the Head of Assurance and later took on the role of NOC manager. In 2011, they joined UXC Connect as the Network Operations Manager, where they revitalized the NOC team and implemented process improvements. Currently, Tony is working at Macquarie Technology Group, where they have held several positions including NOC manager, Operations Manager, Group Executive, and their current position as Chief Operations Officer. Tony is experienced in managing data centers, delivering hybrid cloud solutions, and providing excellent customer service.

Tony Pandher attended Hounslow College Grammar School from 1983 to 1994. Tony then studied Applied Biology at Nottingham Trent University from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Tony Pandher has obtained several certifications, including CCNA and CCNP from Cisco, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup, ITIL v3 from ITIL Certified, MCSE from Microsoft, and VMware VCP 6 from VMware. The specific months and years when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
