TJ Steva has over three decades of experience in operations, sales, and management within the equipment and meat production industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations - Environmental for MacQueen Equipment since January 2009, TJ has held various positions within the company, including Director of Aftermarket Sales & Support and Senior Parts & Inventory Manager. Prior to joining MacQueen Equipment, TJ worked at Cintas as a Route Service Sales Representative and at Iowa Quality Meats in several roles, including Project Manager and Production Manager, demonstrating a strong background in project management and team leadership.
