Nathan Nicholas

Nathan Nicholas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nathan has held various leadership roles, including Operations Director at Macro formerly Mace Operate and Mace, where they were responsible for the Public Sector and Visitor Attractions Sector. In these positions, they managed multi-million pound contracts and projects across the UK, focusing on performance and growth.

Prior to this, Nathan was an International Operations Manager at Immersive Gamebox, overseeing both UK and international operations, including franchise partnerships and new site openings. Nathan also served as a General Manager at Electric Gamebox.

Furthermore, Nathan has experience in the entertainment and leisure industry, having served as a Director and Operations Manager at Super Camps, Store Manager at Disney Consumer Products and Interactive, and Area Manager and Operations Manager at Merlin Entertainments plc.

Earlier in their career, Nathan worked as an Area House Manager at PGL Travel. Throughout their work history, they have consistently demonstrated leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on customer experience and growth.

Nathan Nicholas attended Northumberland Park Community School from 1998 to 2003. Nathan obtained a Basic Accounting Certificate accredited by CIMA, ISO 45001:2018 Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems certification, IOSH for Executives and Directors certification, and Safer Recruitment Training from NSPCC in September 2019. Nathan also obtained an IOSH Certificate in Managing Safely in 2013.
