Viresh Kanabar

Viresh Kanabar is a seasoned macro strategist and analyst with extensive experience in investment management and risk analysis. Currently serving as a Macro Strategist for Macro Hive since February 2023 and as a Macro Analyst for The Macro Journal since June 2022, Viresh previously held the role of Investment Risk Manager at CCLA Investment Management, where contributions included participation in the Investment Committee and portfolio construction. Earlier experience at Link Group involved due diligence on investment managers and comprehensive analysis of over 140 funds, alongside roles in fund selection for significant pension schemes. Previous positions also include consulting at Deloitte UK, with a focus on strategy and operations within the financial services industry. Viresh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Investment & Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School.
