Bill Pierznik

Bill Pierznik is a highly experienced legal and business professional with a strong background in entrepreneurship and operational leadership. Currently, Bill serves as the Co-Founder of Macro Law Group, a tech-enabled law firm aimed at providing high-quality legal services to various stakeholders. Bill is also the Franchise Owner of Restore Hyper Wellness, the largest health and wellness franchise in the US, operating in Central Oregon. Previous roles include CEO of Mobilize.io, COO at Act-On Software, and General Counsel at both Jama Software and Jive Software. Bill co-founded the Mangrove Fund, focusing on social impact initiatives in Haiti, and has held several positions in law firms, including Founder of Alto Law Group. Bill holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in History from Haverford College.
