Bryan Vaughn has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 1995. Bryan began their career as a Senior Account Executive at Bell Atlantic/Nynex Mobile and U.S.C. in 1995, where they progressed from sales representative to direct sales leader in a major metropolitan area and was recognized for exceeding goals in wireless territory by 130%. Bryan then moved to The Nextrend, Inc. in 1997, where they were Co-Owner, and VP Operations, Marketing and Sales. In this role, they established an Internet and IT Business and grew the info-tech-reselling business from two founding partners to four stakeholders, and 18 associates. Bryan also served as VP Operations at atdiscount.com., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Nextrend, Inc., where they conceived the idea and strategy for an entrepreneurial e-commerce venture. In 2000, they worked as Global Alliance Manager at GE Global eXchange Services, where they expanded the integration program and sales potential of GE GXS through the creation of strategic partnerships. From 2002-2013, they were a Consultant and President at Three TechCycle / i3, where they founded an IT asset disposition business based upon extensive contacts within the Federal Government. Finally, they worked as a Consultant - Corporate Development at The Elk Group from 2013-2017, where they expanded an existing service-based company by increasing market penetration and diversifying revenue streams, while simultaneously managing competing resources to create a new venture. Bryan Vaughn is currently the Director of Talent Management at Macro Solutions.
Bryan Vaughn attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management - Marketing.
