Neely Gal-Edd has a diverse work experience. Neely started their career as a Research Assistant at Salamandra, LLC, where they managed resources for drug development programs and handled client communication. Neely then became a Biomedical Research and Drug Development Intern at Genetic Alliance before joining Georgetown University as a Research Assistant. After that, they worked at NCATS as a Scientific Program Analyst, supporting multiple therapeutic development programs. Currently, Neely holds the position of Senior Director of Program and Portfolio Management at MacroGenics, Inc., where they have also held various roles such as Program and Portfolio Management Director, Associate Director of Program Management, Senior Program Manager, and Project Manager.

Neely Gal-Edd completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, from 2009 to 2010, Neely pursued a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Georgetown University.
