Rupali Mehta

Rupali Mehta has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Rupali started their career in 2001 as a Support Executive at Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank Corporation (HSBC) in Gurgaon. Rupali then joined GE Capital International Services as an HR Executive from October 2001 to November 2003.

In 2004, Rupali transitioned to the non-profit sector and became the Head of Family Welfare Organisation (NGO Indian Army). Rupali was responsible for managing and providing support to over 100 families of officers and soldiers. Rupali organized counseling sessions, workshops on vocational training, educational opportunities, career prospects, health, and hygiene, among other topics.
