Devin Sung has a diverse career spanning over two decades in various companies. Currently, Devin serves as the Vice President, Customer Journey - Personalization at Macy's since July 2022. Prior to this role, Devin held various leadership positions at Marriott International, Choice Hotels International, Gerber Life Insurance Company, The Hartford, Corporate Systems Associates, and Keane, Inc. Devin holds a BA in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Wesleyan University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
