Michael Bolanda

Michael Bolanda is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, operations, and engineering. Currently serving as a Sales Specialist at Mad City Windows & Baths since March 2021, Michael previously worked as a Territory Manager at Anderson Chemical Company, where solutions for facility issues were developed to enhance efficiency. At Paragon Potato Farm, Michael held the position of Storage Operations Manager, coordinating the movement of over 2 billion pounds of stored potatoes and managing a team of up to 30 seasonal employees. Michael’s engineering expertise was further demonstrated as a Plant Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a Plant Engineering/Facility Manager at 3M, where responsibilities included facility upgrades and maintenance operations. Michael earned a degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1985 to 1990.
