Joshua Martelli has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Joshua started as a Sales Assistant at Abtech Systems, where they assisted the leading sales person in buying and selling computer systems. Joshua then worked as a Freelance Audio Engineer at Studio West, collaborating on orchestral sessions and studying under resident engineers. After that, they became an Assistant Professor at California State University, Chico, teaching classes in electronic music and recording.
In 1999, Martelli joined Mad Media as the Chief Operating Officer and partner, overseeing production and post-production efforts for national television commercials and branded viral content for the Action Sports and Motor Sports markets. Joshua managed clients such as Monster Energy, FORD, General Tire, Polaris, and The Mint 400.
In 2011, Martelli became the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of The Mint 400, the most celebrated off-road race in the world. Joshua managed television production, event entertainment, and hotel ambassador duties, as well as handled all business and legal affairs. Joshua continued as the Chief Operating Officer of The Mint 400 until 2016.
During their time at The Mint 400, Martelli also served as the Chief Operating Officer of UTV Underground LLC, a company catering to the Sport UTV market. They produced original editorial content and hosted the largest UTV race - The UTV World Championship.

Joshua Martelli completed a Certificate program in Recording Arts at The Recording Workshop in 1996. Joshua then went on to attend California State University, Chico from 1998 to 2001, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Recording Arts/Music Industry.
