Mohamed Bahaa, MBA, M.Sc, PMP, currently serves as the Projects Controls Team Leader at Madaar, where responsibilities include managing the complete financial cycle of projects and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Mohamed has amassed significant experience in project control and management roles across various companies, including a position as Senior Projects Control Engineer at IGI Developments, and multiple titles such as Project Control Engineer and Construction Manager at Porto Group, where involvement in the Porto October Project was notable. Prior experience includes serving as Site Superintendent at Amer Group and various internships and trainee positions within the construction field.
