Kelly Cosio

Kelly Cosio serves as the Director of Operations at MadaLuxe Group since January 2021, previously holding the position of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Kelly was the Director of Operations at Catalyst Creative Group from January 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Office Coordination, and IT Departments. Kelly also served as the Customer Service Manager and Sales Support at Catalyst Creative Group, managing customer relations and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. Earlier experience includes roles at Stussy, Inc. as a North American Sales Assistant, at James Publishing as an Account Manager, and at GLC Group as a Project Coordinator. Kelly began a career in customer service and management roles in 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
