Mitch Grant

Mitch Grant is an experienced professional in legal and operational roles, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Maddocks since May 2022. Prior to this position, Mitch held various titles, including Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Senior Product Manager at Allens from May 2016 to April 2022. Early career roles include Solutions Consultant at Law In Order Pty Ltd, Team Leader in Commercial Banking Complaints at Lloyds Banking Group, and Locum Lawyer at Hogan Lovells. Mitch's foundation in law was established with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Otago, earned between 2005 and 2009, complemented by a formative education at St Bede's College in Christchurch.
