Mat Franco has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mat began their career as an intern at Global Rescue LLC in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Team Lead at Teavana until 2011.

From 2012 to 2013, Mat worked as a Technical Recruiter at TreeTop Technologies. Following that, they joined SharkNinja, where they held multiple positions in the Consumer Insights department. Mat started as a Consumer Insights Analyst in 2016 and conducted over 150 research studies. Mat eventually became a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst, where they led cross-functional teams and solved critical issues through consumer feedback. Mat also served as a Manager of Consumer Insights, overseeing research for new product development.

In 2014, Mat briefly worked as an HR Project Coordinator at SharkNinja, managing the intern and co-op program, implementing an applicant tracking system, and handling social media presence. Mat then transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

In 2019, Mat joined Whispr Group as an Insights & Product Manager. Mat used social listening and secondary research to produce data-driven reports for clients, managed the research process, and analyzed social media data using various tools.

Most recently, in 2023, Mat became a Consumer Insights Manager at MADE BY GATHER, leveraging their expertise to inform strategic decisions and support consumer insights-related initiatives.

Mat Franco earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Boston University. Mat later pursued another Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the same university, graduating between 2007 and 2011. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Mat Franco obtained an Honors Diploma from Central Bucks HS South between 2005 and 2007.
