David Capper has extensive work experience spanning from 2014 to present. David started their career as a Demonstrator at Aberystwyth University in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern before becoming a Software Engineer at Willis Towers Watson. At Willis Towers Watson, they worked on various insurance tech products, including regulatory reporting applications and large-scale distributed computing platforms. David also gained experience in both mature and greenfield codebases and played a role in taking projects from prototype to production. In 2018, David joined Made Tech as a Software Engineer, where they worked on projects for companies like Wool and the Gang and Smartwyre. David then moved up to the role of Senior Software Engineer and later became a Lead Software Engineer at Made Tech. During this time, they took on tech lead roles at Ministry of Justice UK, Ofgem, and Met Office, all via Made Tech.
David Capper attended Aberystwyth University from 2012 to 2015. David pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Space Science and Robotics, focusing on the fields of Physics and Computer Science.
