Joel Amezquita

Joel Amezquita is an accomplished Emergency Medicine Physician currently working at Madera Community Hospital since August 2021 and serving as a Medical Doctor at Bakersfield Family Medical Center since October 2020. With extensive experience as an Emergency Medicine Resident at KERN County Medical Center since June 2017, Joel also has a background as an EMT with LifeLine Ambulance and previous roles including Cell Processor at Dendreon, Assistant at Cooke's Crating, and Photographer at USA Sports Photography. Joel obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from both Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and has an academic foundation that includes an AS in Biology and Chemistry from El Camino College and a BFA in Painting and Photography from the University of Southern California.
