JJ Rademaekers

JJ Rademaekers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry and entrepreneurship. As the VP of R&D Confections and founder of Cocomels at Madhava, Ltd. since 2019, JJ has played a pivotal role in developing unique natural candies. Prior to this, JJ founded and served as CEO of JJ's Sweets and JJ's Cocomels from 2010 to 2019, where the business began at the Boulder Farmers Market and became known for the original coconut milk caramels before being sold to Madhava Foods. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Big Tree Climate Fund and a background as a professional musician and Scientific Assistant at the US Geological Survey.
