Paolo Bonetti

Paolo Bonetti has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Paolo started their career in 2000 as a Director and Board Member for the Nuns Welfare Foundation in Kathmandu. In 2004, they joined Organic Vintners, first as Director of Operations and later becoming President. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Business Development Advisor for Upslope Brewing Company, where they sourced Cascade Hops from Argentina. In 2009, they became a Business Development Advisor for New Planet Beer, a position they held until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Director of Purchasing and Sourcing for Madhava Natural Sweeteners. In 2016, they joined Made In Nature as the Director of Procurement, responsible for working with organic farmers and overseeing the production of organic fruit. In the same year, they also became a Board Member for Growing Gardens. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Madhava, Ltd. as the Director of Supply Chain, and in 2022, they were promoted to the role of VP of Manufacturing Operations.

Paolo Bonetti completed their undergraduate education at Middlebury College from 1984 to 1989. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
