Tim Bonfield

Tim Bonfield is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in security and facilities management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at MadiganGill since April 2021, Tim has previously held roles such as Operations Manager and Contracts Manager. Prior experience includes ownership of a pet services organization at In and Out - Taking the Lead, where Tim successfully launched and grew the brand. As Head of Security at Incentive Lynx Security, Tim led a team of 80 employees, focusing on risk management and operational procedures. During tenure at Mitie from February 2012 to September 2017, Tim held multiple positions, including Deputy Account Manager and Head of VIP Relations for the Ministry of Justice, managing operations for various high-profile governmental buildings and securing significant contracts.
