Tom Barlow has a wealth of experience in maintenance management, having worked in various leadership roles in companies such as Madison County Wood Products Inc., Ardagh Group, USS North Dakota, and Naval Air Warfare Center - Training Systems Division. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Arts in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, Tom has demonstrated their ability to effectively lead and train diverse workforces, resulting in the successful completion of numerous preventative maintenance tasks. Tom's exceptional leadership skills have been recognized in various roles, including as the COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION LEADING CHIEF on the USS Helena.
