Miranda Weber

Miranda (Weber) Brey is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner II at Madison Gas and Electric since February 2022. Prior to this role, Miranda held positions at UW-Madison College of Letters & Science, including Talent Acquisition Partner and Assistant to the Office of the Dean, where support was provided to L&S Administration and various programs. Miranda also worked as a Business Operations Analyst and Talent Sourcing Specialist at Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, focusing on recruitment, marketing, and employee retention. Earlier experience includes participation in Nestlé’s Sales Development Program following graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies.
