Sara Victor

Sara Victor is an experienced contract administrator and HR professional with a strong background in managing complex administrative systems across various organizations in the music and events industry. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Ineffable Music Group since July 2023, Sara also holds a dual role at Madison House, overseeing contract processing and negotiations as well as providing administrative support. Previous experience includes positions as Administrative Director at Los Ojos Productions and Dirtybird, where Sara developed and managed comprehensive HRM database systems and coordinated large-scale staffing and logistical operations for events. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with professional certificates in paralegal studies and human resources management, Sara has a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toronto.
