Anastasia Hoosman, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Anastasia began their career as an intern at the Plano Convention and Visitors Bureau in 2011 before moving on to a role as a convention services coordinator at Visit Plano. In 2014, they worked as a resident resolutions coordinator at Aimco and as a sports instructor at the Greater Joliet Area YMCA. Anastasia then transitioned into the IT consulting industry, holding various roles at York Solutions, LLC, including coordinator of marketing and events and manager of Think IT programs and corporate recruiting. In 2017, they joined Relativity as a recruiting associate, where they contributed to the company's software development for e-discovery platforms. Anastasia then entered the transportation and logistics sector, working at project44 as a senior recruiting coordinator, recruitment and HR business partner, and inclusion, diversity and culture manager. Currently, they are a senior brand manager at Madison Industries, where they focus on building exceptional companies and empowering products that enhance our lives.
Anastasia Hoosman, MBA (She/Her), holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, which they obtained from North Central College from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Stephen F. Austin State University from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Anastasia has obtained several certifications, including "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" from LinkedIn in July 2020. Anastasia also holds the certification of a "Certified Tourism Ambassador of North Texas" from CTA, which they obtained in September 2011.
