Kristofer Howard has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kristofer is currently serving as the President & CEO of Madison Safety and Flow at Madison Industries. In this role, they lead the engineering teams in producing products and systems used globally by various industries, including fire departments, rescue teams, and industrial facilities.
Prior to their current role, Kristofer worked as the Group President of Indoor Air Quality at Filtration Group from July 2019 to June 2021. Kristofer also served as the CFO of Filtration Group from July 2017 to July 2019.
Before joining Filtration Group, they were the CFO of Medline Industries from January 2013 to June 2017. Kristofer also held several positions at Baxter Healthcare, including VP Finance for Global Planning & Analysis, VP Finance for Strategic Initiatives, Business Unit Director for Renal in Canada, Director of Finance for the Canadian division, Director of Finance for Divisional Planning and Analysis, and various finance management roles.
Kristofer started their career as an Associate at KPMG from August 2000 to April 2002.
