Steve Simeone is an experienced professional in client and customer success, currently serving as Manager of Client Success at Madison Logic since April 2021, following roles as Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at PowerSchool Group LLC, where achievements included salvaging a $3.5M strategic account and generating over $500K in sales referrals. Additional experience includes positions at Spiceworks, Cenergy Marketing & Communications, LocalEdge, Marketing Werks, and Pierce Promotions, with a focus on lead generation, campaign execution, and relationship management.
