Tj Meder

TJ Meder is a Communications Officer at the Madison Police Department since January 2020, responsible for managing 911 and non-emergency calls while prioritizing responses based on urgency. Previously, TJ gained valuable experience as an intern at the same department in 2018, assisting with daily operations, conducting maintenance, operating police vehicles, and participating in active shooter training. Before joining the police department, TJ worked as an Instructor at The Gravity Vault Indoor Rock Gyms from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included teaching belay certification courses, coordinating events, and customer service. TJ holds a degree in Criminal Justice and History from the University of Delaware, completed in 2019.
