Patrick N.

Patrick N. has extensive work experience in various roles within the property management industry. Patrick started their career in 1997 as a Maintenance Supervisor at Middleton Shores LLC, where they oversaw a large team and was responsible for budgeting and HR duties. In 2003 and 2004, they served as a Board of Director at JamesTown Newbury Bay Condominiums and Heathercrest Condominiums, respectively. In 2007, they joined APM as a Project Manager until 2011. Currently, Patrick works as the Director of Community Association Management at Madison Property Management Inc., where they focus on new business development, marketing, contract negotiations, budget development, and owner relations.

Patrick N. attended Madison Area Technical College from 1990 to 1993, where they earned an Associates degree in Business.
