Karen Gotto

Karen Gotto is currently the Senior Manager of Supply Planning and Procurement at Madison Reed. Prior to this role, Karen has held various positions in supply chain management and operations with companies like ICL Contract Manufacturing, Aware Products LA, Pacifica, derma e®, and Earth Science Naturals. Karen has extensive experience in vendor negotiation, inventory management, forecasting, purchasing, strategic sourcing, and overall supply chain activities. Karen holds an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from California Lutheran University and a BA in Geology from Carleton College.
