Natalia Lata

Natalia Lata is a seasoned professional in the fields of finance and energy consulting, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Madison Street Capital since May 2022, where assistance is provided to small and medium-sized business owners in securing capital and providing corporate advisory. As a Co-Founder and Owner of Alchemist Herbal LLC since June 2017, Natalia has also held various roles in energy consulting, including positions at Switch Media LLC and Eclipse Energy. Experience in the solar sector includes time as a Solar Consultant at LGCY Power and as a Field Energy Advisor at Sunrun. Earlier, Natalia gained managerial experience as a Branch Manager for a painting business while studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Business-Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
