Joshua Katsinas

Joshua Katsinas is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in providing technical support and solutions. Currently serving as an IT Technical Analyst at Madison since January 2023, Joshua supports an evolving in-house IT environment for warehousing and office operations. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as an IT Support Technician at Madison Cycles Ltd from May 2012 to January 2023, where on-site support was delivered for distribution centers and the head office. Joshua also contributed to the 2012 London Election as a Support Engineer at DRS Data Services, providing essential IT and mechanical support for electronic vote counting. An earlier role as a Data Clerk at Volkswagen Financial Services involved maintaining and auditing fleet vehicle database records.
