Delia Rodríguez de Llera González

Delia Rodríguez de Llera González, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as the Head of Innovation at The CT Engineering Group, where responsibilities include overseeing innovation strategies for a company with over 1800 employees across nine countries. Previously, Delia held positions as Director of Electronics & Software Development and Business Development Manager within the same organization, focusing on the Aerospace & Defence sectors. In addition to industry roles, Delia contributes as an Executive Coach at IE Business School and as a Committee Member at the Instituto de la Ingeniería de España. Delia also mentors startups in Madrid through Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d and has experience mentoring women entrepreneurs globally with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Past roles include Project Manager and Specialist at Thales España, Adjunct Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and research positions at CERN and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
