Flora K. has extensive experience in operations management, having worked with Madrona Venture Labs as the Head of Operations and currently as a Member at Let's Talk Ops. Flora previously served as a Program Manager at Female Founders Alliance and Operations Manager at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at UW Foster School of Business, Flora K. brings a wealth of experience in finance, legal, HR functions, partnership development, and event management to their roles.
