Michelle Grose

Michelle Grose currently serves as the VP of Logistics and Services for North America at A.P. Moller - Maersk since September 2023. In addition, Michelle is an Executive Advisory Board Member at project44 since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Global Logistics at Unilever from February 2019 to September 2023, and Vice President of eCommerce Operations & Logistics at Walmart Canada from December 2016 to February 2019. Additional key positions held include Head of Canada Supply Chain Operations at Starbucks, Canada Lead for Supply Chain & Operations at Microsoft, Director of Supply Chain Innovation & Improvement at Mark Anthony Group, Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at The Martin-Brower Company, Sr. Consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services, and Logistics Consultant and Engineer at Tibbett & Britten. Michelle completed a course in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online in November 2023 and holds a BA in Political Science from Carleton University, graduated in 1996.
