Nayeem Zaman

Nayeem Zaman is an experienced logistics and customer solutions professional with a comprehensive background in freight operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Solutions Specialist at EFL since September 2022, Nayeem manages air and sea freight shipment operations and engages in RFQ negotiations. Previously, Nayeem held the role of Ocean Freight Import Operations Specialist at DHL Global Forwarding, focusing on communication and tracking of shipments. Extensive experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Team Leader included managing teams, enhancing customer relationships, and driving performance metrics. Nayeem holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from North South University.
