Kim Howe

Kim is Maestro Health’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She offers over 30 years of experience in HR, operations, and management. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including developing and implementing policy, programs, procedures, systems, and tools.

Prior to joining Maestro Health, Kim spent 19 years at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield as AVP Finance and Operations with the newly formed subsidiary, EBS. EBS specialized in self-funded medical/dental/vision, flexible spending accounts, COBRA, and premium billing services. As an original member of this start-up, Kim was responsible for human resources, finance, IT, customer service, claims, membership, and billing. Kim successfully established and grew the organization during periods of exponential growth.

Kim then joined the Human Resources team at AXA Equitable where she spent over 13 years leading operations and payroll for over 20,000 employees, agents, and retirees. Using her expertise in Lean Process Improvement and Change Management Certification (ADKAR Methodology), she implemented numerous process improvement initiatives and transformation efforts.
