Nathalie Cerutti Berton, CAPM

Nathalie Cerutti Berton, CAPM, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Currently, they serve as the Finance Transformation Manager at Maestro Health since November 2019, where they are responsible for implementing financial improvements. Prior to this role, from June to November 2019, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst within the same company.

Before joining Maestro Health, Nathalie worked as a Business Analyst Project Lead at Millennium Trust Company from August 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they led various projects and provided analytical expertise.

From July 2016 to April 2017, Nathalie worked as a Business Analyst at W. Capra Consulting Group, where they applied their analytical skills to support consulting projects.

Nathalie's experience also includes working at Galitt US as a Business Analyst from October 2014 to May 2015. Nathalie played a pivotal role in obtaining accreditations for EMV services and establishing the EMV Certification service organization.

Prior to that, Nathalie held a significant role as a Project Manager and Business Process Optimization specialist at BPCE Group - Banque Populaire du Nord from August 2010 to January 2014. Nathalie also gained experience as a Business Analyst at Finaref Insurance from June 2007 to April 2008 and as a Marketing and Business Analyst at Socredo Bank from October 2005 to March 2007.

Nathalie began their career as a General Expenses buyer at Coframi Group, a software engineering and consulting company, from August 2003 to July 2005. Nathalie then briefly served as an Export Manager Assistant at British Connection in June 2000.

Throughout their career, Nathalie has demonstrated expertise in business analysis, project management, process optimization, and financial transformation.

Nathalie Cerutti Berton, CAPM, holds a Master's Degree in International Trade from Lille Catholic University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, studying from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute in April 2017.
