QA Engineer at MaestroQA

Petya Djanovska has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Petya is currently employed at MaestroQA as a QA Engineer, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the IATSE National Benefit Funds as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from April 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they tracked production issues, wrote test suites and test cases, and wrote SQL queries for QA purposes.

Before joining the IATSE National Benefit Funds, Petya worked at the Flatiron School as a QA Engineer from November 2017 to December 2018. Petya also has experience as a QA Engineer at SBTech from December 2016 to June 2017 and at ZenCodeo from November 2015 to November 2016.

Petya's earlier work experience includes a long stint as a Freelance Electrical Design Engineer from 2002 to 2014.

Petya Djanovska's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Technical University Sofia and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical design in 2007. In 2015, they attended SoftUni BG where they completed various courses including Java Fundamentals, QA and Software Testing, and Teamwork and Personal Skills. That same year, they also attended Telerik Academy where they took courses in C#, Principles of OOP, HTML/CSS, and an introductory course in UX Design. In 2017, Petya enrolled in the Flatiron School, completing a Full Stack Web Development program specializing in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript.

In addition to their education, Petya has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received the "JMeter: Performance and Load Testing" certification from LinkedIn. Petya also obtained certifications in "Learning Selenium" and "Postman Essential Training" in the same year, both from LinkedIn as well.
